The "Paquebot" Villa of 1936 in Knokke, designed by Brussels architect Louis-Herman de Koninck, is a remarkable homage to the modernist style. It offers a living experience combining comfort and elegance in a serene setting. Bathed in light, it showcases carefully selected furniture by Finnish architect and designer Alvar Aalto.

Fondation CAB
In 2012, contemporary art enthusiast Hubert Bonnet created Fondation CAB in Brussels, dedicated to the promotion and diffusion of minimal and conceptual art. Located in a 1930s industrial building, the foundation offers temporary exhibitions, artist residencies, and educational programs aimed at raising public awareness of these artistic movements.
In 2020, Fondation CAB expanded to a superb 1950s building in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France, broadening its influence and reaching a new audience.
Fondation CAB offers its spaces for rent for private or professional events. Located in a unique place, it provides an artistic and inspiring atmosphere, ideal for meetings, conferences, receptions, or other tailored celebrations.
