Each house is conceived as a place of retreat, offering privacy, serenity, and excellence of service.
2. Publisher & Legal Structure
The website www.lesmaisonscab.com is operated under the Les Maisons CAB brand.
The properties offered are owned:
either directly by a private individual resident in Switzerland,
or by a real estate company owned by said individual, notably for certain properties located in Belgium.

3. Access to and Use of the Website

4. Reservations & Guest Experience
All reservations are subject to validation following secure payment.
Information provided by the guest must be accurate and complete in order to ensure an impeccable experience.
Les Maisons CAB reserves the right to refuse a reservation in compliance with applicable legislation, particularly where the intended stay is incompatible with the standing or tranquility of the property.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are expressed in euros or Swiss francs, depending on the property’s location.
Any applicable local taxes are specified prior to confirmation.
Payment is due at the time of reservation.
Transactions are processed via PCI-DSS certified service providers.
No banking data is stored.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Each residence is subject to specific conditions, which are detailed at the time of reservation.
Any cancellation or modification is governed by the conditions applicable to the relevant property.
7. Use of the Residences
The residences are intended for peaceful, respectful, and discreet use.
In particular, the following are prohibited:
unauthorized events,
noise disturbances,
exceeding maximum occupancy,
commercial use without prior written consent.
8. Liability & Insurance
Les Maisons CAB cannot be held liable for:
personal belongings of occupants,
incidents resulting from improper use,
events beyond its control.
Guests are advised to hold appropriate personal insurance coverage.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Website and the Les Maisons CAB universe are protected.
Any reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the reserved residence is located.
