Pricing &amp; Payment<\/h2><p>Prices are expressed in euros or Swiss francs, depending on the property\u2019s location.<br \/>Any applicable local taxes are specified prior to confirmation.<br \/>Payment is due at the time of reservation.<\/p><p>Transactions are processed via PCI-DSS certified service providers.<\/p><p>No banking data is stored.<\/p><h2>6. Cancellations &amp; Modifications<\/h2><p>Each residence is subject to specific conditions, which are detailed at the time of reservation.<br \/>Any cancellation or modification is governed by the conditions applicable to the relevant property.<\/p><h2>7. Use of the Residences<\/h2><p>The residences are intended for peaceful, respectful, and discreet use.<\/p><p>In particular, the following are prohibited:<\/p><ul><li><p>unauthorized events,<\/p><\/li><li><p>noise disturbances,<\/p><\/li><li><p>exceeding maximum occupancy,<\/p><\/li><li><p>commercial use without prior written consent.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2>8.
